Biography

PRIOR TO BUTLER: Cross was a 2024 and 2025 Division II State Champion and her team was ranked 2nd in Ohio both years. Through her career she was 2x First-Team CCL, Second-Team All-Region 7, First-Team All-Region 7, First Team All-State, and First-Team All-Central Independent League. 
 
ON CHOOSING BUTLER: "When I first visited the campus, I instantly loved the atmosphere. The university has an outstanding reputation in both academics and athletics, which was a key factor for me. The coaches and players were incredibly welcoming, making me feel instantly part of the team. All of that made my decision feel really easy."
 
PERSONAL: Cross is the daughter of Kristine and Colin Cross and has one sibling, Alex.
