*BIG EAST Defender of the Week (3/25/24)

2024 Season (Junior): Led the BIG EAST and ranked ninth in the NCAA in saves per game (10.3)… Finished second in the conference and 12th in the nation in total saves (166)… Posted the third-best save percentage of any BIG EAST goalie at .403… Ranked fifth in the BIG EAST in goals-against average… 16.6… Appeared in all 16 games, starting 15... Logged 885 minutes in goal... Made a season-high 16 saves in a 16-10 win at Xavier (3/23)... Moved to second all-time at BU for saves recorded in a single game (16)… Scooped up five groundballs at UConn coming up just one shy of tying the school single-game record… Set the program single-season record with 166 saves… Placed her name third on the single-season list in ground balls (29)… Named BIG EAST Defender of the Week (3/25)... Earned two wins, one at Xavier and the other vs. Central Michigan (2/9).

2023 Season (Sophomore): Appeared in all 15 games as goalkeeper, starting 13...credited with five wins...spent 700 minutes in net, facing 359 shots...made 115 saves compiling a .404 save percentage...tied for third on the team with 16 ground balls...made a season-high 14 saves in an 11-9 win  vs. Detroit Mercy (3/25).

2022 Season (Freshman): Appeared in three games for the Bulldogs... Recorded 24 minutes between the pipes and made one save... Made her collegiate debut against Louisville (March 1). 

Prior to Butler: Smith was a 2021 All-Conference, All-State, and an All-American selection. As a freshman, the goalie was named 2018 Team Defensive MVP. In her sophomore campaign, she recorded 128 saves, a .670 save percentage, 4.3 goals-against average, and 16 ground balls. In the same season, she set a school record at Loyola Academy for most saves in a game with 16. She helped her team to a combined 47-6 record between the 2018 and 2019 seasons and led Loyola Academy to a state quarterfinal appearance in 2018 after posting a 22-4 record. She played club lacrosse for Team One, and earned a No. 1 ranking in the Midwest at the start of 2020. Smith was a multi-sport athlete, competing in hockey, field hockey and crew for Loyola Academy. Academically, she is a four-time Loyola Scholar.
