2023 - sophomore season: Appeared in 14 games, starting seven...scored four goals, with ten of her eleven shots on goal...her 23 draw controls and six caused turnovers were both fourth on the team...secured 10 ground balls...had a season high seven draw controls at Youngstown State (2/12).

2022 - freshman season: Appeared in and started in 14 games for the Bulldogs as a true freshman... Had 23 ground balls and two draw controls... Caused 12 turnovers... Made her collegiate debut against Kent St. (April 12)... Had a career-high four ground balls in three separate games (March 12, March 25, April 30)... Had three ground balls and two caused turnovers against Marquette (April 16). 

Prior to Butler: 
Trainer is a Georgia All-State selection and 2019 Unsung Hero Award Recipient. Individually, she led the team in ground balls as a sophomore (37) and junior (18). With Trainer on the field, Chattahoochee posted a 25-14 overall record in the last three seasons, including an 11-6 conference record. Following a shortened junior season, her career numbers sit at 67 ground balls, 66 draws, 45 goals and 18 caused turnovers. In the off season, Trainer plays club for Southern Zone Lacrosse. Off the field, she is a four-time Academic Athlete Award and four-time Honor Roll member. She also earned the 2019 Most Outstanding Chemistry Award at Chattahoochee.
