Butler University Athletics

Abbie Kaul, who concluded her four-year standout career at Butler in 2009, has stayed on campus in as an assistant women's soccer coach at Butler. She will be in her fifth season as an assistant coach for the Bulldogs in 2014.

Kaul was an all-league player in each of her four seasons with the Bulldogs, scoring 10 career goals. She was a second team All-Horizon League player as a senior and started all 18 of Butler's matches.

As a junior in 2008, the Wisconsin native earned second-team all-league honors and playing every minute of every match. She was a first team All-Horizon League and all-tournament team pick as a sophomore and was selected to the league's all-newcomer team in 2006. 

Kaul earned a bachelors degree in chemistry from Butler in 2010.
