2024-25 (Senior Season): Played No. 2 singles for the Bulldogs throughout the spring, posting a 10-12 record...went 5-4 against BIG EAST opponents in singles...went 4-4 during the fall season...her first victory of the spring came against Indiana...in doubles, split time playing on the No. 2 and No. 3 courts...including fall play, she went 12-12 in doubles during the year.
2023-24 (Junior Season): Posted a 9-9 record at No. 4 singles and a 2-1 mark at No. 3 singles...including fall play, she had a singles record of 14-11 overall...teamed with Lauren Cook at No. 3 doubles in the spring, posting a record of 10-11.
2022-23 (Sophomore Season): Played a majority of her matches at the No. 4 singles position, posting a 12-9 record...teaming with doubles partner Jordan Schildcrout, the duo had a record of 8-12 at No. 3 doubles during the spring season...during the fall 2022 portion of the schedule, she went 2-4 in singles and 2-2 in doubles play...had a 6-0, 6-1 win over Providence's Lauren Carson in the quarterfinals of the BIG EAST Tournament...also posted BIG EAST singles wins against Marquette (6-0, 6-3 over Sarah Badawi), Villanova (6-2, 6-1 over Valieriia Kornieva), Creighton (2-6, 6-3, 7-6 (0) against Ana Paula Martinez), and Seton Hall (4-6, 6-1, 6-1 vs. Hiba El Khalifi).
2021-22 (Freshman Season): Posted a 9-12 singles record and 6-9 doubles record in dual matches, spending most of the year at No. 4 singles and No. 2 doubles...Finished the season higher in the singles lineup, recording a 1-0 record at No. 2 and 2-3 record at No. 3...Went 3-9 and 3-6 in singles and doubles play combined, respectively, in fall matches and the season opening Wildcat Invite...2-2 in BIG EAST singles matches, including a 6-0, 7-6 straight sets win in the third spot of the lineup to help the Bulldogs win 4-3 at Marquette (4/16)
PRIOR TO BUTLER: A 2x Wisconsin All-State selection and first-team all-conference honoree… Named 2019 Conference Player of the Year… Won the 2019 sectional singles championship to advance to the state tournament, finishing fourth… Was the first DePere women’s tennis player in school history to advance to a state semifinal match… Playing at No. 1 singles, she helped lead DePere’s women’s team to its first conference championship in program history… Is a standout in the classroom, as a member of the DePere Gifted and Talented Program… Ranked No. 14 of 329 students… 6x Gold Pin for a perfect 4.0 grade-point average.
PERSONAL: Daughter of Ted and Jennifer Balthazor… Has three brothers, Nathan (who played tennis at Marquette), Nicholas (who is a member of Butler's men's team), and Nolan.
