Why Skinner chose Butler: "I decided to run at Butler because the moment I stepped onto campus I felt at home. It's a place where I can see myself be able to develop athletically and academically. The academics are strong in a lot of the subjects that I'm looking to major in. Track and field wise, I've looked at previous times and discovered that almost every athlete has improved tremendously, so I know I'm going to work with a really good coach. On top of that , the campus is beautiful, and the school spririt/culture is strong."
