Brian Tremml, LMHC, CMPC is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Mental Performance Consultant with extensive experience supporting youth and collegiate athletes.
Currently serving as the Mental Health Services Director for Butler University Athletics, Brian integrates clinical expertise with sport psychology to help athletes build resilience, manage pressure, and enhance performance. He holds dual master’s degrees in Sport & Exercise Psychology and Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Ball State University.
With a background as both a competitive NCAA Division I swimmer and coach, Brian brings a unique, athlete-centered perspective to his work. He has consulted with Olympians, collegiate teams, and youth sport organizations, designing and delivering evidence-based mental skills training programs. Brian’s holistic and collaborative approach empowers athletes, coaches, and parents to foster environments where mental toughness and emotional well-being thrive.
