Holly Weber joined the Butler Athletics staff in December of 2025 in the newly-created role of Assistant Athletic Director for Digital & Creative Content.
Weber arrived at Butler from SMU, where she had served as the Assistant Athletic Director of Creative Services since June of 2024. She built SMU's Creative Services department as the Mustangs transitioned into the ACC.
From 2021 through 2024, Weber served as the Assistant Athletic Director for Graphic Design and Men's Basketball Branding at Indiana University. She was the lead designer for all of Indiana Athletics and oversaw three full-time designers and student interns.
Weber previously worked with University of Missouri Athletics (Digital Media Producer/Graphic Designer), the Southern Conference (Director of Creative Services), and in sports information roles at both Tennessee Tech and Carthage College.
Weber graduated Magna Cum Laude from Carthage College, double-majoring in Communications and Exercise Sports Science. She was a member of the women's tennis program at Carthage.
