Maddie Ganz joined the Butler Athletics sports medicine staff in July of 2026. She works primarily with Butler's basbeall program.
Ganz arrived at Butler after serving as an assistant athletic trainer for University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC) from 2025-26. She served as the primary trainer for softball as well as men's and women's swimming and diving teams.
Previously, she obtained her DN-1 Certification (2025) and is certified in Module-1 Graston Training. Ganz has had previous stops in collegiate athletics at Valparaiso, Creighton and Indiana.
Ganz earned her bachelors degree in Kinesiology from the University of Illinois in 2020 before earning her masters degree in athletic training from Indiana in 2023.
