MC Wright joined the Butler staff as an assistant coach after graduating in 2025.
During her graduate season at Butler, she was named an offensive team captain. She appeared in 12 games with four starts.
Prior to Butler, Wirght competed at Princeton where she earned a bachelor’s degree. She  was on the women's lacrosse roster for the 2021 season and then served as the team's manager for the 2022 season.
Prior to collegiate play, Wright attended Culver academies where she was a two-year starter and varsity letterman and played on a 2017 runner-up team. The All-State Second Team honoree had 114 ground balls, 91 draw controls and 78 points in her career. A multi-sport athlete, Wright also played soccer and basketball, participated in the Community Service Council, and volunteered with the Special Olympics. She played club with Indy United.
