The Bulldogs return to action after taking a 20-4 loss at Villanova Wednesday. Junior Haley Hallenbeck scored a team-high two goals in the loss, tying the team-lead in goals this season with 19. Freshman Ashley Guerra also has 19 goals, and a team-high 29 points.

Christina Soderquist and Morgan Paige are also threats for the Bearcat defense. Christina Soderquist has put 18 in the back of the net and also leads the team in draw controls with 72. Morgan Paige has 15 goals and dished out four assists.

Defensively, Carly Hewitt helps out the Bulldog keepers, picking up a team-high 27 ground balls and causing 18 turnovers. Mary Davide will also cause problems for the Bearcat attack, causing 9 turnovers and picking up 25 ground balls.

The Bulldogs will recognize Isabella Curtis on Saturday, the only senior on Butler's roster. Curtis played in seven matches during Butler's inaugural season in 2017. She has missed the entire 2018 campaign due to an injury. Curtis will graduate from Butler this spring with a degree in Criminology.
