The Butler women's tennis team closed out their fall schedule at the ITA Ohio Valley Regional over the weekend, hosted by Middle Tennessee University.

Singles Recap
Lauren Padgett posted a standout performance for the Bulldogs, going 3-1 on the weekend.

In the first round of B Flight singles, Padgett defeated Eleanor Chapman of Lipscomb by scores of 6-3, 6-0. She moved on in the bracket to face Natalie Moyer of Xaiver, falling 6-3 in both sets.

Moving to the consolation bracket on day two, Padgett defeated Claire Sullivan of Memphis. She went on to close out her final consolation match with a 6-4, 6-4 win over Nikki Christiansen of Belmont.

Logan White, Emily Neal, and Roxanne Mackenzie all went 0-3 in singles match-ups. 

Doubles Play
White/Neal and Mackenzie/Padgett teamed up to each post 1-1 records in doubles play. Both pairs fell to Northern Kentucky teams in the first round of doubles by a close 8-6 decision.

Moving to consolation rounds, White/Neal defeated Kakkar/Beckham of Tennessee State (8-6). Mackenzie/Padgett closed out their weekend in dominant fashion, defeating Matta/Krakowski of IUPUI 8-1.
