The Bulldogs tip off the 2019-20 season officially Wednesday night, welcoming IUPUI to Hinkle Fieldhouse for a 6:30 p.m. start. Tickets remain available for the contest, which will be televised on FS2.
Butler is coming off a pair of exhibition wins, topping IU-Kokomo and the University of Indianapolis in preseason action.
Sean McDermott averaged 23.5 points per game in those two outings, combining to make 10 of his 16 attempts from three-point range. Butler's defense limited the two exhibition opponents to 43.5 points per game on 29-percent shooting.
