HUNTSVILLE, Ala. – The Bulldogs posted a 6-1 win over Alabama A&M on Wednesday night. Four different Butler student-athletes helped limit Alabama A&M to just two hits in the contest.
Butler took a 2-1 lead after the top of the fifth inning and would add some insurance with two runs in the seventh and two more in the eighth.

Kyle Smith to second. The big at-bat for Butler came from McCargar who doubled to give the team the lead.
The 2-1 edge moved to 4-1 after the seventh.
Harrison Freed and McCargar would each cross home plate after an error.
The game was decided in the eighth with Butler adding on two more runs. Jarosz singled and would eventually score off an error. The second run came home on a McGrath groundout RBI.
