The Bulldogs defeated IU-Southeast Sunday afternoon by a score of 7-0. This is Butler's second win of the weekend as they move to 10-8.

All three doubles teams came away with wins as Caroline McAuley and Kendal Wilby took care of business in the No. 2 spot, defeating Anne-Marie Mattox and Hallee Miller 8-1. Emily Neal and Sara Linn clinched the point at the No. 1 court, taking down Lauren Winchell and Alexis Applegate 8-1. Carla O'Byrne and Natale Corrigan clinched the doubles sweep with an 8-3 win at the No. 3 court.

Linn defeated Mattox 6-1, 6-0 at the No. 3 court to start off singles play, followed by a win in the No. 1 spot by Neal. Neal defeated Winchell 6-2, 6-0. Wilby had a convincing win at the No. 6 court, taking down Mitchell 6-0, 6-0 to clinch the match.

Hallie Leblebijian played in the No. 5 spot for the Bulldogs, defeating Hallee Miller 6-1, 6-0. Lauren Marx in the No. 4 spot, and Lauryn Padgett at the No. 2 spot, clinched the clean sweep for Butler.

The Bulldogs open BIG EAST play this week, traveling to Queens, N.Y. to take on St. John's on Thursday at 7 p.m.. Butler will play the following day at Queens College and then rounds out the road trip with a 5 p.m. match against Seton Hall.
