The Butler track and field team capped off another strong performance during their indoor campaign this weekend at the Goldstein Invitational in Bloomington, Ind.
Friday night was highlighted by multiple personal best times, with the fast section of the women's 3000-meters being a standout event for the dawgs.
Corinna Pena (9:49.71) and Mia Beckham (9:54.54) finished third and fourth overall, with Pena's time also setting a new personal best finish.
Freshman Katherine Olsen also ran a personal best time on Friday. Her time of 4:56.45 was good for fifth overall in the fast section of the women's mile.
In the men's mile, Clark Otte finished second overall with a personal best time of 4:15.47.
Lily Hess advanced to the finals of the women's 60-meter dash after running a qualifying time of 7.82. She would later finish seventh overall with a time of 7.86.
On Saturday, Nina Hilt took home a win in the women's high jump by clearing a personal best mark of 1.60m.
Hess returned to competition on Saturday and added a third-place finish in the fast section of the women's 200-meters with a time of 25.01.
The fast section of the women's 800-meters saw two Bulldogs finish with impressive times. Camille Hines would finish fourth with a time of 2:12.46, and freshman Morgan Walsh in sixth with a time of 2:14.58.
Making her Butler debut, Madi Provo finished fourth in her section of the 800-meters with a time of 2:16.42.
The women's 4x400 relay team of Madeline Miller, Rebecca Collester, Karmen Koch, and Carson Fields won their section with a time of 4:00.37. This time was good for sixth overall.

Next weekend, Butler will send groups to both the Indiana University Relays in Bloomington, Ind. and the UW Invitational in Seattle, Washington.
