The Bulldogs will head to South Bend, Ind. on Saturday to compete in the Alex Wilson Invitational. Both field and running events will begin at 10:30 a.m. and will continue throughout the day. The Alex Wilson Invitational will be the last regular season meet before the BIG EAST Indoor Championships that begin on March 1.

Last year at the 2019 Alex Wilson Invitational, Butler alum
Allie Vogeler won the women's 200-meter dash and set a school-record with a time of 24.96.

Wade Walder,
Joey Gareis, and
Sam Robinson will all compete in the men's long jump on Saturday. Robinson and Gareis each have top-ten marks in the BIG EAST for the event, with Robinson's mark of 7.08m fourth in the conference and Gareis' mark of 6.67m ninth best.

Walder will also compete in the high jump and 60-meter hurdles.

Garrett Kern will run the men's 60-meter dash. Kern currently has the sixth fastest 60-meter time in the BIG EAST at 6.91.

The men's 800-meters will see five Bulldogs compete as
Matthew Wigelsworth,
Eric Baugh,
Nate Lantz,
Daniel Lawton, and
Nick Robie are all set to run the event. Wigglesworth's season-best time of 1:53.00 is the fourteenth fastest time in the conference.

Karmen Koch,
Niki Ezeh, and
Nina Hilt will all compete in the women's long jump, high jump, and 60-meter hurdles. Koch and Hilt are tied for the fourth-best high jump mark in the BIG EAST at 1.60m. Ezeh currently has the fourth-best 60-meter hurdles time in the conference at 8.61.

Lilly Hess will run the 400-meters and be joined by
Madeline Miller. Hess' time of 57.16 in the event is fourth in the conference.

Camille Hines,
Morgan Walsh, and
Josephine Thestrup will run the 800-meters. At last year's Alex Wilson Invitational, Hines finished with a time of 2:12.31 in the event.

Rebecca Collester and
Carson Fields will each run the 60- and 200-meter dashes. They each have top-ten 200-meter times in the conference, with Fields time of 25.02 eighth overall and Collester's time of 25.12 tenth.
