The Butler women's lacrosse team will head out on their second three-game road swing of the season, facing Robert Morris (4-2) on Wednesday, followed by St. Bonaventure (5-1) on Saturday. Game time in Moon Township is set for 3 .pm. at the Joe Walton Stadium and will be live-streamed by the Robert Morris video department. First draw in Olean, N.Y. is scheduled for 11 a.m. at the Marra Athletics Fields Complex and the game will be streamed on ESPN+.Â

- Campbell Connors earned BIG EAST Freshman of the Week honors after scoring her fifth season goal and fourth season assist in the win.
- Butler has been represented on all four BIG EAST weekly awards this season
- Gabryelle Bodine leads the team in goals (13) and total points (17)
- Pattison has a team-high five assists on the year
- After six games, Butler leads the BIG EAST in shot percentage (.473), scoring 89 goals on just 188 shots
- Defensively, Butler is posting a 7.17 GAA and .500 save percentage, leading the conference in both categories

Bulldogs Weekend Recap                                                                                                 Â
Butler went 1-0 on the weekend, taking down Presbyterian 14-9 on Saturday at Varsity Field.
Sydney Pattison and
Ashley Guerra led the team with four-point games, each recording hat tricks and an assist in the win.
Holly Hall controlled the midfield with a team high-six draw controls and
Mary Davide led the defense with four ground balls and two caused turnovers.

Robert Morris: Scouting the Colonials                                                                              Â
The Colonials enter Wednesday's contest at 4-2 on the season. After opening the season with a loss at Ohio State, their resume includes wins over two Butler rivals, Kent State and Akron, as well as over Bucknell and Radford. Most recently, Robert Morris is coming off a tough 13-14 loss at Liberty.
The Colonials' attack has been nothing short of impressive this season, with four starters in double-digit goals after just six games. Sisters Mackenzie and Melanie Gandy lead the team with at least 12 goals and 13 assists apiece.

St. Bonaventure: Scouting the Bonnies                                                                        Â
After going 1-16 a year ago, the Bonnies are off to a 5-1 start in 2020. St. Bonaventure has wins over Akron, Kent State, Wofford, Central Connecticut State, and Hartford, with their only loss against Gardner-Webb.
Destinee Johnson is leading the Bonnies' offense, coming into the week with 19 goals and 22 total points. Nora Anderson has dished out a team-high seven assists.
The Bonnies will travel to Canisius on Wednesday before hosting the Bulldogs on Saturday.

Making a BIG (EAST) Impact                                                                 Â
Campbell Connors earned BIG EAST Freshman of the Week (March 9) after netting a goal on just one shot and adding an assist in the win over Presbyterian. The Bulldogs have now been represented on all four conference weekly awards this season.

Controlling the Game                                                                             Â
Elizabeth Davide picked up a career-high 10 ball controls in the 19-4 win over Detroit Mercy. In all five wins, the Bulldogs have posted more draw controls than their opponent. Overall, Butler is currently out-controlling teams 83 to 56.

The Bulldogs will remain on the road until next Tuesday, facing the Louisville Cardinals in Kentucky at 1 p.m. Butler will return home for a Friday afternoon match with Gardner-Webb on March 20. Game time is set for 3 p.m. at Varsity Field.
