Roe on Raleigh
"After coming off a tremendous indoor championship last year, we've utilized thirteen months of high quality training and development," said head coach
Matt Roe. "Our group has maximized every opportunity afforded them and were disciplined every step of the way while working within limitations created by the pandemic."
"During those thirteen months we also were able to add key contributors in the recruitment process and bring others out of the redshirt process. Our new additions and redshirt (student-athletes) have meshed with our group seamlessly giving our program a powerful added dimension. This meet was merely a validation of the collective work our athletes and staff have put together for the last year. We have a lot in front of us that we are individually, and collectively, excited about pursuing with great energy and attentional focus."
