The Butler women's tennis team won on senior day 4-3 versus Marquette Sunday afternoon. Seniors Lauren Marx, Emily Neal, and Lauryn Padgett were honored today's season finale on the Butler outdoor courts. 

For doubles, duos Natalie Boesing/ Lauren Marx and Lauryn Padgett/ Veronika Bruetting lost 2-6 and 0-6 while Sara Linn/ Delaney Schurhamer went unfinished. 

However, the Bulldogs were able to secure the victory in singles. Natalie Boesing, Lauryn Padgett, Delaney Schurhamer and Hallie Leblebijian all won their sets. The match was tied 3-3 until Delaney Schurhamer clinched the win for the Dawgs. 

This was the last regular season match for Butler. The Bulldogs will now head to the BIG EAST tournament on April 22-25, which is being played in Cayce, S.C..
