@ButlerUWSoccer and Creighton Tie, Will Meet Again Sunday

Box Score OMAHA, Neb. – The Butler women's soccer team led at the half but settled for a 1-1 tie with Creighton in the final match of the regular season. The Bulldogs (7-7-4, 4-3-3 BIG EAST) and Bluejays (8-3-7, 4-3-3 BIG EAST) were both sitting in fourth position in the conference standings, and, with the draw, finish in a three-way tie for the third spot with St. John's. For the postseason conference tournament, tiebreakers give the No. 3 seed to St. John's and the No. 4 seed to Butler, leaving Creighton with the No. 5.
 
Butler will now host Creighton in a BIG EAST quarterfinal on Sunday, Oct. 30, at 1PM in the Sellick Bowl. The winner will move on to face the No. 1 seed, Georgetown.
