Butler defeated DePaul 3-1 in Chicago to signal the start of the BIG EAST action.
Amina Shackelford led BU to victory with 22 kills on just 41 attempts (.380%). The Bulldogs ended the match with a season-high 63 kills.

Â
RECORD SETTING PACE: Jaymeson Kinley is on pace to set two Butler school records this season. Her average of 5.45 digs per set would be a single-season record and she would also own the career digs per set record at 5.28.
