Libero Jaymeson Kinley has been selected to the AVCA East All-Region Team, as voted on by the American Volleyball Coaches Association. The honorees were announced Tuesday, Dec. 6.

Kinley also earned All-Region honorable mention recognition in 2021.

Kinley was recognized as the 2022 BIG EAST Libero of the Year while also earning a spot on the All-BIG EAST Team, duplicating honors from the 2021 season.  
 
In 2022, Kinley led the BIG EAST and currently ranks 11th nationally in digs per set (5.42) this season. Her 618 total digs this season broke her own Butler single-season record, which she originally set in 2021.
 
Kinley made the BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll two times this year. The first time came on Aug. 29 after she earned MVP honors at the completion of the 2022 Top Dawg Challenge. Kinley earned honor roll accolades again on Oct. 3 after recording a career-high 42 digs in a match at Xavier. Her 42 digs at the Cintas Center were the most by any BIG EAST player in a single-match since 2014 and the second most in Butler program history, trailing only Jessica Taylor's 45 set in 1989.
