The Butler softball team will look to extend its BIG EAST winning streak in a weekend series with DePaul. A contest originally scheduled for Friday has been moved to Sunday due to impending weather. Currently, a single game is set to be played on Saturday at 2pm ET / 1pm CT followed by a doubleheader on Sunday with game one starting at 12pm ET / 11am CT.
The Bulldogs currently sit at 14-7 with a perfect 2-0 record in the BIG EAST. Most recently, Butler took two games from Villanova in the opening series of conference play.

- Karli Ricketts leads the BIG EAST with eight victories (36th nationally) and with a 1.17 ERA (38th nationally), and she is also first with only 3.75 hits allowed per seven innings (27th nationally). Ricketts is third in the conference in both strikeouts (58) and strikeout to walk ratio (4.14).
- Alyssa Graves ranks fifth in the BIG EAST with 52 strikeouts. She ranks 86th nationally and third in the conference with 8.6 strikeouts per seven innings.
