The Butler men's soccer team faces a tough test in seeking its second win of the season when No. 14 Marshall comes to Indianapolis on Monday, August 29, for a 7 pm kickoff. The Bulldogs are coming off a 2-0 win over Western Michigan, while the Herd defeated VCU, 5-0, in its season opener.

	- Senior forward Wilmer Cabrera, Jr. was chosen the 2022 Preseason BIG EAST Offensive Player of the Year. He was also selected to the College Soccer News All-America Second Team.
