INDIANAPOLIS - The Butler men's soccer team battled through a scoreless first half and scored the first goal of the match, but Indiana stormed back and held on for a 2-1 win on Wednesday evening.
Wilmer Cabrera, Jr. scored for the No. 20 Bulldogs (3-2) just after halftime off an assist from
Jack Streberger, but the No. 15 Hoosiers (3-1-1) used a corner kick header for the equalizer and then a deflection off a hard strike for the game-winner. It was the first win for Indiana over Butler in five contests at the Sellick Bowl dating back to 2011.
