Jaymeson Kinley capped off her collegiate career as a selection on the 2023 AVCA East All-Region honorable mention. The American Volleyball Coaches Association made the announcement for the honorees on Tuesday, Dec. 5.Â

Kinley was recognized by the AVCA for the third time in her career. She previously made the AVCA East All-Region Team in 2022 and receiving an All-Region honorable mention in 2021.
She also secured the hat trick with three straight BIG EAST Libero of the Year honors while also earning a spot on the All-BIG EAST Team for the third year in a row.Â
In 2023, Kinley ranked second in the BIG EAST with an average of 4.83 digs per set against conference opponents. Overall, she registered a league-best 550 digs for 4.91 per set in addition to contributing 129 assists.Â
Twice this season, the Lexington, Kentucky, product was awarded the weekly conference. On August 28, after being selected as the 2023 Bulldog Brawl Tournament MVP, she was awarded BIG EAST Defensive Player of the Week for the first time. She earned a spot on the BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll again during the season, this time after leading the Bulldogs to victories against UConn and Providence with 40 digs in seven sets.Â
