For the second-consecutive season, Butler men's soccer player Palmer Ault has been recognized by United Soccer Coaches on one of its All-Region Teams. The sophomore landed on the Third Team as announced by the organization on Tuesday.
 
With Ault's selection, Butler now has thirteen honorees in the past seven seasons, and this marks the 24th season overall in which Butler has produced at least one region representative.
 
Ault, from Noblesville, Ind., was an All-BIG EAST Second Team selection in 2023. His six goals led the Bulldogs and ranked seventh in the BIG EAST, and he ranked 5th in the conference, and 55th nationally, with 1.27 shots on goal per game. The forward notched a brace in the team's 2-1 win at Villanova, contributing to his team-leading 12 offensive points.
