• Butler dropped an 85-71 road contest at Xavier Tuesday night in the team's most recent outing; the Bulldogs fully erased a 19-point deficit to take a brief two-point second half lead.
• KenPom ranks Butler's schedule strength at 15th nationally at this point in the season.

Pierre Brooks II led the Bulldogs with 22 points at Xavier, his fourth 20-point game of the season and his fifth time leading the team in scoring.
• Brooks tied his career-high with five made three-pointers and set a new personal-best with four assists.
• Brooks is fifth in the BIG EAST in scoring at 16.4 points per game; he has scored in double figures in every game this season.
