The Butler women's tennis program fell 7-0 to Northwestern in today's match in Evanston, Ill. 
 
In singles play, Norah Balthazor competed against Christina Hand, unfortunately Balthazor fell short in a close match with a 6-3, 6-4 finish. In addition, Natalie Boesing also played a close match against Maria Shusharina. Boesing fell to Shusharina, 6-4, 6-3, in a hard fought match. 
 
The Butler women's tennis team will be back in action on Friday, January 26^th, where they will face-off against Youngstown State in Youngstown, Ohio.
