Broadcasters Mark Minner, Nick Gardner Return To Call Another Season of Bulldog Action
 
INDIANAPOLIS – Butler University Athletics and its multimedia rightsholder, Learfield's Butler Sports Properties, announced today that Mark Minner and Nick Gardner will return as the broadcast pairing for the upcoming 2024-25 season.
 
Fans can listen to Butler Basketball through several platforms throughout the season, highlighted by The Varsity Network, which is available through its app and web site. Fans can also listen in via SiriusXM (car radio and streaming subscription) and TuneIn (premium subscription). Games will also be streamed through the All-Access page on ButlerSports.com.
 
The Varsity Network app is a free user-friendly audio hub which hosts all college sports broadcasts as part of the Learfield properties. Butler basketball fans can use the app to set alerts for live-streamed games to avoid missing Bulldog action. All Butler games this season – the team's exhibition, all regular season games, and any postseason contests – will be available.
 
Broadcasts will begin with Butler's exhibition contest at Hinkle Fieldhouse Wednesday, Oct. 30 against Illinois Wesleyan, starting with the pregame show at 7 p.m. ET. Minner will handle play-by-play duties for the 12^th consecutive season alongside Gardner, who enters his 19^th season as a Bulldogs' analyst.
 
Butler Sports Properties, the locally-based Learfield team which works alongside Butler Athletics' administration, oversees the overarching multimedia rights partnership with Butler.
