Butler has now won eight matches in their last nine outings following Saturday's 4-3 road win at Valparaiso.
 
The Bulldogs started off by taking the doubles point as the team's duos of Delaney Schurhamer and Jordan Schildcrout along with Norah Balthazor and Lauren Cook each picked up 6-2 wins on the No. 2 and No. 3 courts, respectively.
 
The singles courts played out to tie the match at 3-3 before coming down to the No. 3 singles spot. Balthazor was able to pull out a 6-4, 7-5 win over Mia Bertino to clinch the victory.
 
Natalie Boesing won, 6-3, 6-0, at No. 1 singles, while Emma Beavin also picked up a victory at the No. 5 spot, a 6-3, 7-5 win over Elizabeth Sobieski.
 
The Bulldogs are 8-3 on the season, while Valpo is now 6-4.
