The Butler women's soccer team begins conference competition on Sunday, hosting Marquette in and afternoon contest that will also see the Bulldogs honor its seniors prior to kickoff.
Last Sunday, Butler (5-2-1, 0-0-0 BIG EAST) ended a three-game road trip with a 2-0 win at Illinois State.
Marquette (3-5-2, 0-0-0 BIG EAST) has wins this season over UIC, Mercyhurst, and St. Thomas. The Golden Eagles tied Milwaukee and Kansas City and were defeated by No. 9 Notre Dame, Minnesota, Northwestern, Western Michigan and Colorado.
