After back-to-back home matches, Butler will head back on the road this weekend to take on DePaul and Marquette.

Butler So Far
Butler will enter the matches against DePaul and Marquette with an 8-11 record on the season and a 1-5 mark BIG EAST play. Last weekend, the Bulldogs went 1-1 at Hinkle Fieldhouse, sweeping Providence and falling to UConn.
Bulldog Bites
- Alaleh Tolliver has 265 kills on the season, which is tied for first in the BIG EAST.
- Tolliver is averaging 3.96 kills per set which ranks third in the conference.
- Tolliver also ranks first in the BIG EAST in total points with 307.5.
- Kaylee Finnegan ranks third in the conference in assists per set with 9.71.
- Finnegan was named BIG EAST setter of the week on Sept. 2 after she posted 128 assists over the course of three matches.
- Lauren Evans is third in the conference in digs (4.30 per set).
- Elise Ward and Tolliver each have 27 service aces on the season which is tied for the team lead.
- Zoe McDonald leads the team in blocks with 65.
Scouting DePaul
DePaul enters the match with a 4-2 record in BIG EAST play and an 11-6 overall mark. The Blue Demons are coming off wins over Seton Hall and St. John's.
DePaul features a well balanced offensive attack. Kendhall Timme, Morgan Stewart and Katelynn Oxley each have more than 150 kills this season, with Amanda Saeger typically setting them up.
Saeger has recorded over 550 assists.
Butler leads the all-time series 16-7, but the Blue Demons got the best of the Dawgs at Hinkle Fieldhouse last season.
Scouting Marquette
Marquette is coming off three straight wins and sits at 11-5 overall and 5-1 in Big East play.
Natalie Ring is tied with Tolliver for the conference lead in total kills with 265. Isabela Haggard, who typically sets up the Golden Eagles' attack, has 566 assists this season.
Marquette leads the all-time series with Butler 22-3. Butler's last win came in 2021.
