Craft Wins the Men’s Triple Jump to Highlight the We Fly Challenge

MUNCIE, IND.The Butler track and field team returned to the Hoosier State for the We Fly Challenge.

Cabott Craft won the men's triple jump with a mark of 13.84 meters. His mark currently ranks second in the Big East. Ben Bradley also broke 11 seconds in the men's 100 meters with a time of 10.99 to earn fifth in the event.

Other top Bulldog performers included:
  • Max Wilhelm finished fifth in the men's 110-meter hurdles at 15.20
  • Mason Steinbraker posted a mark of 49.08 to take sixth in the men's 400 meters
  • Michael Wells threw a mark of 13.01 meters in the men's shot put to earn fifth
  • Joseph Pierro placed fifth in the men's 200 meters at 21.65
  • Ashley Learn ran a time of 4:34.00 in the women's 1,500 meters
Up Next
The Bulldogs will split up next week for three different meets with two in California including the Bryan Clay Invitational from Apr. 16-18 and Mt. Sac Relays from Apr. 17-19. The rest of the team will then stick around in Indiana for the Gibson Invitational in Terre Haute from Apr. 17-19.
