The Butler Bulldogs finalized their non-conference football schedule today with the announcement of two games. The 2025 home opener will bring Truman State to the Sellick Bowl on Sept. 6. BU will also play at Hanover on Sept. 13.
 
These games are in addition to the two non-conference matchups already listed against Northern Iowa and Weber State. The Bulldogs will open the Kevin Lynch era at Northern Iowa on Aug. 30. The final non-conference matchup will be played at Weber State on Sept. 20.
 
PFL play gets going on Sept. 27 with Butler hosting Marist. All five BU home games this year will feature a 1 p.m. kick-off. Additional home games on the schedule include matchups against Presbyterian (Oct. 11), Drake (Nov. 1) and Valparaiso (Nov. 22).
 
Butler will play at St. Thomas (Oct. 4), Dayton (Oct. 18), Morehead State (Nov. 8) and San Diego (Nov. 15).
