Butler men's basketball team was recognized by the National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) for its performance in the classroom during the 2024-25 season. The Bulldogs earned the NABC's Team Academic Excellence Award for achieving a team cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 or better.

Andre Screen, who graduated following the season, and
Landon Moore earned spots on the NABC Honors Court, which includes junior, senior and graduate student men's basketball players who finished the 2024-25 year with a cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher.

The NABC's academic awards are presented annually to teams and athletes from all levels of college basketball.

Finley Bizjack, who averaged 10.3 points per game for the Bulldogs last season;Â
Jamie Kaiser Jr., who missed the entire 2024-25 season with an ankle injury; andÂ
Evan Haywood, who started both College Basketball Crown games. Butler also welcomes a Top 25 recruiting class.
