Butler Volleyball will host its 2025 Butler Invitational at the Fishers Event Center, the home to the Indy Ignite of Major League Volleyball.
 
The Butler Invitational is scheduled for Friday, Sept. 19 and Saturday, Sept. 20. The Bulldogs will be joined in the field by IU Indianapolis, Oakland and Eastern Michigan. The full schedule of games can be found below. Tickets for the 2025 Butler Invitational will go on sale soon. 
 
"Moving this event to the Fishers Event Center provides an opportunity to engage Indy Ignite fans and the greater Indianapolis volleyball community," said Butler Volleyball coach Kyle Shondell. "In my opinion, the excitement around volleyball within this community has never been greater and our hope is that an event like this can become an annual tradition in addition to the action that our fans can always enjoy at Hinkle Fieldhouse."
 
Additionally, recently it was announced that Hinkle Fieldhouse will undergo a significant renovation project in September with the installation of more than 2,700 square feet of new LED video display technology, including a center hung display system, baseline LED ribbons, multiple courtside tables, and other digital signage. Butler Volleyball will host Purdue Sept. 9 at Hinkle Fieldhouse right before the start of the renovation. It is expected that the installation is completed prior to the program's next home match – Friday, Oct. 10 vs. Providence. Hinkle Fieldhouse will also showcase the new technology for the 2025-26 men's and women's basketball seasons, which begin Oct. 17 as the men's basketball program hosts Notre Dame in an exhibition.

**IU Indianapolis will host Eastern Michigan Thursday, Sept. 18 at IU Indy's downtown campus.
