Butler Athletics is pleased to announce its Football Pledge Per Campaign as the 2025 season kicks off at Northern Iowa on Saturday, August 30.
The "Pledge Per" Campaign provides Bulldog fans with the opportunity to support individual sport programs. Fans can select a desired donation increment (i.e. 50 cents, $1, $2, etc.) and support their favorite team.
Butler Football will utilize the "pledge per" touchdown, first down, sack, tackle, and punt yardage statistics throughout the 2025 season with 100 percent of the proceeds directly supporting the Football Excellence Fund.Â
"This is a great opportunity for all Bulldog Fans to support our student-athletes on the field, in the classroom, and in the community," said
J Locklier, Sr. Associate Athletic Director for Development. "We are excited for this opportunity for our fans to engage with our football program as we kick off the
Kevin Lynch era and the 2025 season."Â
How it works:
Click HERE to make a Pledge Per donation.
Click on the Butler Football statistic of your choice (i.e. Pledge Per Touchdown)Â to set up a pledge at your desired amount.
Your selected statistic will then be utilized to determine a gift amount for the program. For example, a pledge of $2 per touchdown would result in a total gift of $100 should the Bulldogs score 50 touchdowns during the 2025 season.Â
All "Pledge Per" Campaign donations are 100% tax deductible and will be acknowledged and receipted by Butler University Advancement. In addition, any donations made through the "Pledge Per" Campaign will be added to individual donors' accounts and can increase a donor's 2025-26 Bulldog Club membership level. Â
"We are excited for this initiative as a fun way to support our student-athletes and football program," said head coach
Kevin Lynch, who enters his first season leading the Bulldog program. "Your generosity allows us to contend for Pioneer Football League championships, educate our young men, and provide a first-class student-athlete experience. Thank you in advance for your support. Go Dawgs!"Â
