The Butler women's lacrosse team has officially released its 2026 schedule. The Bulldogs will compete in 16 contests this season that include 10 non-conference games and six BIG EAST matchups.

Butler will begin the season with ten-straight non-conference games. The season opener will be Feb. 6 at Detroit Mercy. Additional non-conference road games are Eastern Michigan, Kent State, Gardner-Webb, Radford, and Wofford (neutral site).

The home opener for the Bulldogs is Feb. 18 when Akron comes to town. Also visiting Indianapolis will be Duquesne (March 1), Lindenwood (March 4), and Central Michigan (March 8).

BIG EAST play opens at home on March 28 when Denver visits campus. Butler will also host conference opponents Georgetown (April 11) and Villanova (April 25). The Bulldogs will travel to Xavier, UConn, and Marquette.

Maggie Zentgraf will return for her fourth season as the head coach at Butler. She will be assisted this season by Abigail Lagos, Meghan Deehan, and MC Wright.

Four conference teams will qualify for the 2026 BIG EAST Tournament in Denver, Colo. Conference member Denver will host the event on Thursday, April 30, and Saturday, May 2.
