On the Record with Head Coach Ian Sarachan
"Great performance from the guys tonight…we really competed for 90 minutes. We knew that it was going to be a tough game since DePaul was also still alive (for a postseason spot). Our message to these guys, all along, has been, "We're still in it…Let's play like it!" And today, they did that – coming off the Creighton result – to show the kind of resolve and resiliency that they did tonight. (The staff) couldn't be prouder! The guys know it's a quick turnaround to Providence, but we're ready for it. We're building a little bit of confidence, and I think we're going to give ourselves a real shot to compete in the Big East."
