Butler Men's Basketball is back on the airwaves of 93.5/107.5 The Fan as part of a multi-year agreement previously announced by Butler Athletics and Radio One.
Mark Minner and Nick Gardner will return as the broadcast pairing for the upcoming 2026-27 season. Minner will handle play-by-play duties for the 14
th consecutive season alongside Gardner, who enters his 21
st season as the Bulldogs' analyst.
"Our partnership with Radio One provides our fans with tremendous access to listen to Butler Basketball on the go-to source for sports radio in central Indiana," said Butler Vice President/Director of Athletics Grant Leiendecker. "Mark and Nick are among college basketball's best at connecting our team to our fans and painting a picture of the game. They are tremendous ambassadors for their alma mater."
"We're proud to bring Butler Basketball back to 107.5/93.5 The Fan and Fuego 92.7, giving fans another way to follow the Bulldogs this season," said Andrea Kahrer, Vice President and General Manager of Urban One Indianapolis. "We're also glad to welcome Mark and Nick back to the broadcast."
If there are select-game scheduling conflicts with Indianapolis Colts and Indiana Pacers games on 93.5/107.5 FM, Butler Basketball games would air on another of Radio One's stations, Fuego 92.7FM, in central Indiana. Fans can listen to Butler Basketball through several additional platforms throughout the season, highlighted by the Butler Sports App and through the All-Access page of ButlerSports.com.
Broadcasts will begin with Butler's first exhibition of the season when the Bulldogs host Indiana Sunday, Oct. 11 at Hinkle Fieldhouse.
Butler Athletics' multimedia rightsholder Playfly Sports, the sports industry's leading revenue-maximization company, oversees the partnership.
