Butler senior Yohan Traore has been recognized as an Academic All-District selection by College Sports Communicators.
 
The 2025-26 Academic All-District® Men's Basketball Teams recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the court and in the classroom. The distinction requires at least a 3.5 cumulative grade point average while also competing in 90 percent of the institution's games played or must start in at least 66 percent of the institution's games.
 
Traore, who will graduate in May with a degree in history, was one of three Bulldogs to play in all 32 games during the 2025-26 season. He finished fourth on the team in scoring at 8.3 points per game and fourth on the team at 3.0 rebounds per game. Traore scored in double figures 11 times, including a pair of games scoring 20 or more.
