Eduardo Klafke - 2026 at Ole Miss

Eduardo Klafke Signs with Butler Men's Basketball Program

| By:
Eduardo Klafke, who spent the last two seasons at Ole Miss, has signed to join the Butler men's basketball program for the upcoming 2026-27 season.

Klafke, a 6-5 guard, saw action in 70 Ole Miss games over the last two seasons and is a 45-percent shooter from three-point range during his collegiate career.

"Eduardo is battle-tested from playing in the SEC the past two years," said Butler head coach Ronald Nored. "He's earned the reputation as a shooter but we were also impressed with his ability to drive the ball and his vision in making plays for others. Eduardo will play a significant role for us the next few seasons and we're excited to get him on campus soon."

As a sophomore during the 2025-26 season, Klafke averaged 4.6 points and 2.5 rebounds in 15 minutes per game. He made 12 starts for the Rebels. In the seven games when he played 25 or more minutes, he averaged 9.9 points, 5.6 rebounds and 2.0 assists per game (all seven of those games came against power conference opponents). He scored a career-best 16 points twice during the campaign (at Texas Feb. 7 and against LSU Feb. 25).

Klafke averaged 10 minutes per game as a freshman during the 2024-25 season for an Ole Miss team that won 24 games and advanced to the 2025 NCAA Tournament Sweet 16.

Klafke was ranked No. 120 nationally by On3 in the Class of 2024 and listed as the best player from Brazil in the Class of 2024 by 247Sports. He prepped at the prestigious NBA Academy Latin America and represented Brazil in international competition, playing in U19 games as a 17-year-old.
