Butler's Leo Zurovac and Logan Sutto took co-champion honors at the 2026 Jewell Invitational hosted by Northern Kentucky University.

Both Zurovac and Sutto finished the 54-hole event at even-par 213. Their respective performances led the Bulldogs to a third-place finish in the team standings.

Zurovac used six birdies to sign for a four-under 67 in Monday's opening round to take the lead after the first 18 holes. After an afternoon 76, Zurovac rebounded with a one-under 71 (featuring five birdies) Tuesday for his 213 total.

Sutto carded a five-under 66 in Tuesday's final round on the 6,845-yard Elks Run Golf Course in Batavia, Ohio. His Tuesday round was two shots better than anyone else in the field and one of only five rounds under par on the day (which included his teammate Zurovac). Sutto had six birdies against only one bogey Tuesday. He joined Zurovac at 213 for the two-day event.

Butler entered Tuesday's final round in fourth place but shot a one-over 285 over the final 18 holes, which tied for the best team round of the entire tournament. The Bulldogs were able to leapfrog BIG EAST rival Xavier to finish in third at 874.

Oakland (867) and Detroit Mercy (871) took the top two spots on the team leaderboard. There were 14 teams in the field.

Zurovac and Sutto finished one shot ahead of Detroit Mercy's Bavake Sihota. The next Bulldog on the leaderboard was Jacob Tarkany, playing as an individual, who tied for 14th at 220 (+7).
