The Bulldogs make the trip to South Carolina this weekend for the 2026 BIG EAST Men's Golf Championship presented by JEEP.

The three-day, 54-hole event begins Saturday, May 2 at the Riverton Point Golf and Country Club in Hardeeville, S.C. Â

Butler has registered four victories and eight top three finishes this season. Â The Bulldogs earned a trio of wins during the fall campaign - the Golden Grizzlies Intercollegiate and the Virtues Intercollegiate in September and the Dayton Flyer Invitational in October. Â Butler also won the Don Benbow Butler Spring Invite in late March.
Tabor was a three-time BIG EAST Golfer of the Week selection and leads the Dawgs in scoring average (71.7). Â He has posted three top three finishes and has finished under par in five of his seven starts in the spring - and on eight occasions overall. Sutto (72.0 scoring average) and Zurovac (72.4) have combined to earn three BIG EAST weekly awards. Â The pair combined to share first place at the NKU Jewell Invitational.
The conference's team champion will receive the league's automatic berth to the 2026 NCAA Championship. The individual medalist also earns an NCAA Championship invitation.
Play begins on Saturday, May 2, at 8 a.m. ET. First round tee times will be determined by NCAA team rankings via Scoreboard by Clippd. Â Sunday's and Monday's groupings will be determined from the previous day's leaderboard.

Marquette is looking to become the league's first back-to-back champion since 2012 - and capture its seventh BIG EAST title in program history.  The Golden Eagles have won five of the last 10 conference crowns. Marquette enters the 2026 BIG EAST Championship ranked 69th according to the Scoreboard by Clippd NCAA national rankings - the highest in the BIG EAST. Â
