2022 PFL Academic Honor Roll

2023 Season (Junior): Played in five games… Rushed the ball two times vs. Presbyterian and recorded 22 rushing yards (9/30)… Longest run of the year covered 19 yards… Averaged 11.0 yards per rush.

2022 Season (Sophomore): Played in 10 games… Rushed the ball 17 times for 87 yards and four touchdowns… Longest rush covered 23 yards (9/3)… Caught one pass for one yard… Completed three of his four pass attempts for seven yards… Longest pass went for a gain of five… Returned one kick-off for nine yards… Responsible for 94 all-purpose yards… Averaged 5.1 yards per rush… Rushed the ball five times for a season-high 29 yards and three touchdowns vs. Morehead State (10/29)… First TD came vs. Taylor (9/10)… Rushed the ball five times for 24 yards and completed a pass against the Trojans… Opened the season with three carries for 23 yards vs. St Thomas Fla. (9/3)… Took one handoff at Drake for a gain of five yards… Caught his only pass of the season at Drake (11/12)… Returned a kick nine yards vs. St. Thomas Minn. (11/19)… Made two tackles… Scored 18 points vs. Morehead State.

2021 Season (Freshman): Played in six games… Rushed the ball 15 times for 84 yards and three touchdowns… Completed eight of his 24 pass attempts for 125 yards… Made his season debut in the opener at Illinois State (Sept. 4)… Rushed the ball three times for 14 yards and completed a pass for seven yards…  Rushed the ball two times for 42 yards vs. DePauw (Sept. 11)… Longest rush of the season came in that game, gaining 35 yards… Rushed the ball six times for 33 yards vs. San Diego (Oct. 9)… Completed four passes that day for a season-best 91 passing yards… Longest completion helped BU cover 40 yards.

High School: Three-year starter under the guidance of head coach Caleb Jones… Helped his team record their first state playoff win in 2018… Made it back-to-back playoff appearances by returning to the postseason in 2019… Threw for 2,071 yards and 23 touchdowns as a senior… Completed 108 passes… Rushed for 1,003 yards and 16 touchdowns… Tossed 12 touchdowns during his junior campaign while throwing for 1,088 yards… Rushed for 461 yards and 10 touchdowns… Two-time First Team All-Conference selection… Named Second Team All-District in 2018… Team MVP and Team Captain in 2019… Became the first quarterback in school history to rush for 1,000 yards in a season… Set the program career touchdown record (77)… Holds the single-game passing yard record (466)… Set the school record for most completions in a single-game (29)… Set another school record with six touchdowns in a single-game… Best passing performance came against Simon Kenton in 2019… Went 29-for-41 with 466 yards and six touchdowns… Best ground performance came vs. Talawanda… Carried the ball seven times for 163 yards and three touchdowns… Three-time academic all-conference honoree… Also played baseball.
 
Personal: Son of Joe and Cesin Reder… Has three siblings Brianna, AJ and Whitney… Plans to major in mechanical engineering.
