2016: Saw action in all 11 games... Finished the season with 17 total tackles... Had two tackles for a loss for 10-yards... Accounted for one sack for nine-yards... Had one fumble recovery and three pass break-ups. 

2015: Started in ten out of 11 games played...had 19 total tackles, including 3.5 tackles for loss...recorded 1.5 sacks...had three pass break-ups...named to PFL Academic Honor Roll. 

2014:  Played in nine games, including two as a starter...had eight total tackles, including two tackles for loss...recorded two pass breakups...had a career-best three tackles at Wittenberg.

2013: Did not see varsity action.

Personal:  Business major...born 4/27/95...son of Chris and Donna Beckman...

High School:  First team All-State linebacker at Maroa Forsyth High School...two-year team captain...unanimous all-conference pick as an offensive lineman and linebacker...first team All-County...named Linebacker of the Year...finished with 341 career tackles, 55 career tackles for loss, two career pass interceptions and a school-record eight career fumble recoveries...helped high school squad to four conference championships, a pair of state runner-up finishes and a 2012 state title in four varsity seasons...contributed to a 36-5 record as a three-year varsity starter...earned three varsity letters...honor roll student...member of high school’s basketball squad...High School Coach:  Josh Jostes.
