2018 (Redshirt Senior): Played in 11 games… Made 19 total tackles… Recorded eight solo tackles… Assisted on 11 tackles… Made three tackles for loss… Came up with one sack… Credited with four QB hurries… Recovered one fumble… Recorded a season-high four tackles vs. Dayton (Oct. 27)… Lone sack came at home vs. Stetson (Nov. 10)… Made two tackles for loss vs. the Hatters… Recovered a fumble at Drake (Oct. 6)… Hurried the QB three times at Taylor (Sept. 8).

2017: Saw action in all 11 games... Finished with 11 total tackles.. Had 1.5 tackles for loss for three-yards.. Named to the PFL Academic Honor Roll.

2016: Saw action in all 11 games, including three starts... Finished with 16 total tackles... Had four tackles for a loss for 10-yards... Accounted for one forced fumble and four quarterback hits. 

2015: Played in 10 games...recorded six tackles, including 0.5 for loss...had 0.5 sacks.

2014:  Did not see varsity action...earned Butler's Co-Defensive "Unsung Hero" Award (Scout Team MVP)...named to the PFL Academic Honor Roll.

Personal:  Business/Finance major... Son of Steve and Linda Hawkins.

High School:  Two-way varsity starter at Galesburg High School...saw action in all but nine plays as a senior...earned All-Conference honors as a defensive lineman in 2012 and as an offensive lineman in 2013...team captain and chosen Best Lineman as a senior...selected to play in the Illinois Coaches Association Shrine Game...had 72 tackles as a junior and 46 as a senior...set three school weight-lifting records...earned three varsity football letters...All-Conference performer and conference champ (shot put) in track...named to the Academic All-State Team in football...Academic All-Conference pick in both football and track...Illinois State Scholar...High School Coach:  Tim Dougherty.
