AS A SENIOR (2019-20): Selected to the All-BIG EAST First Team by the conference's head coaches...one of five national finalists for the Jerry West Shooting Guard of the Year Award...named first-team All-District by both the NABC and USBWA...recipient of the BIG EAST Men's Basketball Scholar-Athlete of the Year Award and Sportsmanship Award (tie)...led the Bulldogs and finished fifth in the BIG EAST with a 16.2 points per game scoring average...played in all 31 games, but missed a majority of the first two games of the season with a rib injury...led the team in scoring 19 times and in rebounding in six games...had 24 double-figure scoring performances...had 10 games with 20 or more points, including three games breaking the 30-point plateau...his 101 assists were second on the team (and his 3.3 assists per game were 11th in the BIG EAST)...his 4.6 rebounds per game were third on the team...led the team with 34 steals and was second with 17 blocks...named BIG EAST Player of the Week twice (Jan. 27 and March 8) and to the five-member BIG EAST honor roll seven times...25 of his career-high 36 points came in the second half of the March 7 win at Xavier...in what would be his final collegiate game, Baldwin also hit the game-winning three-pointer with less than a second to play to take the 72-71 win...scored 29 of his 31 points after halftime in the Jan. 24 overtime win over Marquette...earned 2019 Hall of Fame Classic MVP honors, scoring 17 points (of his 22) in the final 8:34 of the championship game win over Stanford Nov. 26...hit the game-winning three-pointer as time expired in the 79-76 win over Villanova Feb. 5...all 20 of his points came in the second half of the Jan. 4 win over Creighton...scored 31 points, including 19 in the second half, in the road win at Ole Miss Dec. 3...hit a career-high five three-pointers twice (at St. John's Dec. 31 and at Xavier March 7)...registered six assists six times...had a career-best six steals vs. DePaul Feb. 29...his .850 free throw percentage tied for fourth in the BIG EAST...selected to the Wooden Award, Lute Olson Award and Naismith Trophy watch lists...in 18 BIG EAST games, he averaged 17.9 points per contest, which was third in the conference.
The 2019-20 season was canceled on March 12 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
*His 1,453 career points through three seasons are the fourth-most in Butler history, trailing only Butler's all-time leading scorer Chad Tucker, Billy Shepherd and Shelvin Mack. His 893 points through his sophomore season were also the fourth-most in Butler history, trailing only Gordon Hayward, Tucker, and Mack.
AS A JUNIOR (2018-19): Earned second-team All-BIG EAST and NABC All-District honors...led the Bulldogs in scoring at 17.0 points per game, which was seventh in the BIG EAST...his scoring average increased to 18.9 points per game in conference play (fifth in the BIG EAST)...led the Bulldogs in scoring 16 times and led the team in rebounding in 12 games...scored in double figures in 29 games, including 10 20-point outings...scored a season-high 30 points in the win over St. John's Jan. 19...became the 40th Bulldog to score 1,000 career points in the win over Florida Nov. 23 as part of the Battle 4 Atlantis event (took him 75 career games)...registered the first double-double of his career Jan. 16 at DePaul with a season-best 14 rebounds and 17 points...led the Bulldogs in rebounding (4.9 per game) and steals (49)...his 1.5 steals per game were sixth in the BIG EAST...shot 45 percent from the field...his .850 clip at the free throw line was third in the BIG EAST...started all 33 games, averaging 34.2 minutes per game...went 12-of-12 from the free throw line and totaled 23 points in the Nov. 16 win over Ole Miss...had seven assists in three separate games, including in the win over Creighton Jan. 5 when he also had 28 points...had three or more steals in six games...named to the five-member BIG EAST weekly honor roll six times...unanimous selection to the preseason All-BIG EAST First Team...named to the 50-player preseason watch list for the 2019 Citizen Naismith Trophy Men's Player of the Year...selected to the Wooden Award Preseason Top 50 Watch List....one of 40 players on the Lute Olson Award Watch List.
AS A SOPHOMOREÂ (2017-18): Started all 35 games for Butler...averaged 15.7 points per game, which was second on the team and 13th in the BIG EAST...his scoring increased to 16.6 points per game in conference play...scored in double figures in 29 of the 35 games...scored 20 or more points in six games, including 31 points at Georgetown in the BIG EAST opener Dec. 27 and a career-high 32 points in the BIG EAST Tournament win over Seton Hall March 8...earned a spot on the 2018 BIG EAST All-Tournament Team...led Butler in scoring in six games...averaged 34.0 minutes per game...shot 44 percent from the field, 33 percent from three-point range, and 77.5 percent at the free throw line...his 111 assists (3.2 per game) were second on the team and 12th in the BIG EAST...averaged 4.9 rebounds per game, which was 21st in the BIG EAST...rebounding increased to 5.2 per game in BIG EAST play...had nine rebounds on three occasions, including the NCAA Tournament win over Arkansas March 16...handed out a career-best seven assists in two games (vs. Villanova, Dec. 30 and vs. Georgetown, Feb. 13)...led the team with 54 steals, which was fourth in the BIG EAST...his 548 points are the fourth-most for a sophomore in Butler history.Â
AS A FRESHMAN (2016-17):Â BIG EAST All-Freshman Team unanimous selection by the league's coaches...led Butler with 59 steals, which is the eighth-best mark in Butler single-season history...his average of 1.7 steals per game was fourth in the BIG EAST...third on the team in scoring, averaging 10.1 points per game...started 24 of the team's 34 games...third on the team and 12th in the BIG EAST with a .495 field goal percentage...shot 37 percent from three-point range and 76 percent at the free throw line...his 345 points are the eighth-most by a freshman in Butler program history...added 3.7 rebounds per game...two-time BIG EAST Freshman of the Week...named to the Las Vegas Invitational All-Tournament Team...hit the game-winning shot with 0.4 seconds to play to beat Northwestern in his second career game (11/16/16)...scored in double figures 18 times...had a career-best 21 points (all in the second half) in a win over Xavier 1/14/17...had a season-high five steals on two occasions...had four blocked shots at Marquette 2/7/17...his 11 rebounds at Providence 2/11/17 were a season-high and one of three times he led the team in rebounding...he led the team in scoring four times.

Twice named Georgia’s Region 8-AAAAA Player of the Year…three-time All-State selection… in his career at Apalachee, he scored 2,593 points (most ever by a Barrow County player) and had 1,002 rebounds and 337 assists…four-year starter who led Apalachee High School to three state tournament appearances, including a "Sweet 16" berth in 2015…averaged double-double as a senior, junior and sophomore, including 29.6 points and 10.8 rebounds per game as a senior…added 112 assists and 92 steals as the team went 19-6…averaged 27.2 points, 10.2 rebounds and 3.5 assists as a junior…averaged 26.5 points, 10.4 rebounds and 4.1 assists per game as a sophomore…three-star recruit as rated by Rivals, Scout, ESPN and 24/7 Sports…ranked 123rd nationally by Rivals…played on the AAU circuit with the Atlanta Celtics…High School Coach: Kevin Morris.
